Horrible book the one written by Alberto Mario Banti to hear his case through the dialectical Italian Risorgimento. In "In the name of Italy" has marched against the town regarding the reasons why today we should be to quibble about the validity of the values \u200b\u200bthat bind us together. I am surprised that a publishing house so serious and attentive to every nuance as the Laterza of Bari has endorsed this project finished over 400 pages in at least questionable. Banti's essay starts with an assumption entirely misleading, or that the deeds of the Risorgimento are now so distant in time so that it is absurd to quibble stand today on the validity of them. As if we today are not the facts of history that precedes us. A demonstration of a thesis so superficial historian quotes whole passages of speeches or writings of our patriots, thus illustrating the senselessness of the current debate in recent months. Of course many of these things 150 years ago are not comparable to today much less useful for a better life in society, but it is important for us to know that experience, of that history to understand who we are today and how we still feel nation. Banti is enough to know that over the last century there have been no changes in geopolitical unless accompanied by serious violence and therefore he is sure that in our country there can be no assumption breakaway. In addition, more than the values \u200b\u200bof the Risorgimento, Banti look closely to the fundamental values \u200b\u200bof our Constitution here and in my opinion falls into the most serious and hilarious contradictions.
